1. Do you charge for shipping?
No, we offer free shipping across the USA. You’ll never pay extra for delivery.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll also get a tracking number so you can follow your order.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
4. What if my pot or planter arrives damaged?
We carefully pack every order, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives cracked, chipped, or broken, just email us at support@bunzily.com with a photo. We’ll quickly send a replacement or refund.
5. Can I return a pot if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and free from soil or water stains. Simply contact us to start a return.
6. Are sale items or custom-made planters returnable?
No. Custom-designed planters, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
7. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you don’t want and place a new order once your return is approved.
8. How do I care for my new planter?
- Use a liner or tray if your planter doesn’t have drainage holes.
- Avoid leaving standing water inside ceramic or terracotta planters.
- For outdoor pots, bring them inside during freezing weather to prevent cracks.
9. How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies may take a little longer to process.
