1. What types of pots and planters do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor pots and planters, including ceramic, terracotta, plastic, resin, and solid decorative planters. Whether you need something small for your windowsill or large for your garden, we have you covered.

2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our store, select the products you like, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment is accepted via PayPal, and your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Can I return a planter if I change my mind?

Absolutely! Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A $4.99 return shipping fee applies. Certain items, such as customized planters, sale items, or gift cards, are non-returnable.

5. What if my planter arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@bunzily.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives at your door.

7. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! To exchange an item, return your original product (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive exactly what you need without delay.

8. Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do offer gift cards. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
